Lyuboslava Harkova – 2026 ECR Representative

EBIC are delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Lyuboslava Harkova as the 2026 Early Career Researcher Representative. Lyuboslava Harkova is a Senior Research Assistant at the McCarthy Lab, University of Southampton.

Lyuboslava will follow on the fantastic work carried out by her predecessor, Prabhakar Srivastava, in supporting her fellow ECR, as well as organising outreach activities and events – including the upcoming 2026 ECR Conference. Lyuboslava is fantastically placed to take on this role, having been involved in the organising committee for the 2025 conference, as well as attending all EBIC outreach activities.
