EBIC have created a programme of training opportunities, primarily delivered through the capacity-building component of the Seed Corn Fund, as well as other ongoing strategic collaborations. The programme targets EBIC’s 17 PDRAs, 21 academic staff, and associated PhD students, integrating EDI principles to ensure inclusive participation. EBIC has been actively working on the delivery of training opportunities with to date 15 workshops delivered or scheduled over 2025.
